Need to Speak with a Live Representative, but don’t have access to a phone?
Our new “Live Chat” allows users to connect one-to-one with a Castle Learning Online Customer Support Specialist. This is a quick and easy way to get help with any Castle Learning Online feature. Here’s how to use Live Chat:
Step #1 – Click on the “Online-Click here to chat” link, located in the lower right hand corner of each page in Castle Learning Online. NOTE: The “Online-Click here to chat” link only displays when a Live Customer Support Representative is available.
Step #2 – Click the message window at the bottom of the screen and type a brief description of the reason for contacting us and hit “Enter” to send the message.
